Order Entry>File>Providers or Order Entry>Provider Button 
This screen displays all Provider records entered for the highlighted customer order. The screen is divided into two sections.
Left Side:
Each Provider record entered for this customer order is displayed. Click on the left or right arrows to scroll. You may double-click on a particular record to edit.
Columns
The Date Paid is populated from the pay date entered during the Print and Post earnings routine in Order Entry. HR Paid is the paid date from Human Resources. This is the date of the check.
Right Side:
If the switch to allow service lines turned on, all service lines entered on this customer order will display. The system will also indicate whether the service lines on the order balance with the costs entered on the Provider records for each product code. If they equal, 'Balanced' will display. If they do not balance, you can either go back and enter a service lines(s) or click on the Balance button. The Balance button will insert a computer-generated service line onto the order, using a total costs of all the Provider records attached to the order.
