Cause:This message occurs when the update is run from the RFMS website and their is a problem with Temporary Internet Files or if the update is run to a folder other than the RFMS Folder.
Solution:
1. Check to make sure that the update was saved to the pc and then installed. We don't recommend that the update be run from the RFMS Website. Since the file is so large, it is best to save the file to the PC and then get all users out of RFMS and install the update to the RFMS Directory.
2. Check to make sure that the update is being installed to the appropriate directory. To verify this, right click on the RFMS Navigator Icon and go to Properties. The "Start In" Line is the path for the RFMS Directory and this path should be used during the update process
