A/P Aging Report

Go To User Guide - Accounts Payable

Accounting>File>Accounts Payable>A/P Reports>A/P Aging Report

This report includes all payables that have been entered at the time the report is being produced, based on the aging date entered. Prints on 8.5 x11 paper.

 Tips:

  • Up to four aging periods may be defined.  The aging is based on the DUE DATE or INVOICE DATE.  The payable will be listed and subtotaled by the G/L distribution.
  • If the AP record has more than one account code distribution, it will print a line for each. This is because the account distributions could span more than one store code and this report can be printed by store.
