How to Add Signatures to Office 365 Email Configuration

 

Follow these steps to allow your RFMS users to have their local office signatures applied to emails in RFMS when using the Office 365 email configuration.

  1. Create a word document with their signature detail.
  2. Save the word document with their name. This name must match their username in RFMS.
  3. Navigate to the EmailSignatures folders within your RFMS directory.
  4. Copy the word documents of email signatures of your RFMS users.

When a user sends an email from within RFMS, their signature will be automatically pulled from this file based on the RFMS username they are signed in with.
