Follow these steps to allow your RFMS users to have their local office signatures applied to emails in RFMS when using the Office 365 email configuration.
- Create a word document with their signature detail.
- Save the word document with their name. This name must match their username in RFMS.
- Navigate to the EmailSignatures folders within your RFMS directory.
- Copy the word documents of email signatures of your RFMS users.
When a user sends an email from within RFMS, their signature will be automatically pulled from this file based on the RFMS username they are signed in with.
