Remarks are notations about a record; these can be printed on several reports. These reports are A/R Report, A/R Collections and Aging Reports in RFMS and as filters for Customer Orders and Quotes.
Because of that it is recommended to keep them succinct. These are called remarks to differentiate them from the notes in RFMS.
To create or view a remark, click the Notes button .
Remark Types can be created under Order Entry>Utilities>Setup>Remark Type.
