We want to bring to your attention an issue identified in software version 24.3 that could affect your commission calculations.
Issue Overview: In version 24.3, the Commission Base may reflect the full sale amount instead of the profit if the following set of criteria are met:
- Commissions based on Delivered and Paid
- Order Job Costed with balance
- Final payment posted via API (RFMS Mobile, MyFlooringLink/Credit Card)
This discrepancy could result in overpayment of commissions.
Who is Affected? This issue impacts users running version 24.3 of the software.
Next Steps: To address this issue, we recommend the following two-part resolution:

Update Your Software: Upgrade to version 24.4.0 available now at portal.rfms.com. Note: Our developers are including additional changes to all Commission Base Types to ensure that accurate commission calculations occur moving forward in 24.4.1, expected to be released 02/03/25.

Reprocess Affected Orders: For orders already impacted in version 24.3, follow these steps:

Un-job cost the affected orders.

Re-job cost the orders to recalculate and correct commission amounts.
