RFMS created Remarks in Project Manager (PM) to be "permanent" notes.
By default, Remarks cannot be edited and cannot be deleted. Although the Remark cannot be edited or deleted it can still be marked Inactive or Use as Template in Project Manager.
Remark can be added via RFMS in a customer order or a quote, by clicking the Remote Action button.
Choose to add it to the selected order or the selected customer or both. Adding to both requires clicking the add remark button twice.
This can be changed by selecting an option in Allow User to Edit and Delete Remarks.
These remark types are available on the A/R Report, A/R Collections and Ageing Reports in RFMS and as filters for Customer Orders and Quotes.
