Enable Provider Rate Matrix

Provider Rate Matrix System Options

This section will explain only the steps for the current options for enabling the Provider Rate Matrix. 

Check to Enable the Provider Rates Matrix feature. 

The Provider Rates Matrix can be used when creating provider records from Schedule
Pro, Order Entry or both.

Once the option is enabled, the rates matrix must be created.  To allow time for setting up the matrix before allowing users to select from the matrix, set the options Enable Provider Rate Message, Do not Enable Provider Rate Matrix.

Order Entry

Do Not Enable Provider Rate Matrix to use only in Schedule Pro.(Or turned off during setup.) 

Enable Auto Match and Select from Matrix system will try to use information already entered on the provider record to find the best match of the Provider Rate Matrix records.

Only Enable Selection from Provider Rate Matrix will always manually select an existing
provider rate from the matrix.
