Custom Tiered Referral Levels

The Allow Billing Quantities system option must be set to no.

This is controlled by Set New Line Price - Allow enter New Price system option. If users should not be able to edit prices, then this system option should be set to No.

This option of Custom on Tiered Referral Levels allows the user to enter a new price on a line.  This eliminates the need for users to go into unreferenced section to edit cost and/or price.

The Special PO can be used to edit cost and the Custom Tier Level can be used to edit the price, so no unreferenced rolls or items are needed.
