Customer Orders - Additional Info Tab and Hold Info Tab

Contact

Contact information is pulled from the Contact #1 field of the customer file.

Ad Source, UD Contact Type, UD Order Type, UD Service Offering

These fields on the top half of the page have drop-down menus attached to them. To change these field headings go to Utilities>System Options>Order Entry>Order Entry> (Contract Type Prompt or Order Type Prompt or Service Type Prompt). Input on this screen will display on the customer order. Ad Source cannot be changed.

 

E-mail

Enter the appropriate e-mail address associated with customer order in this field. If there are multiple emails addressed it is recommended that they are separated by a semi-colon as most email programs recognize this.

These fields are included on the Quote Information Report, the job cost analysis report, the sales information report and the Materials analysis .csv export.

Builder Information

Phase, Block, Track, Lot and Model

These field heading cannot be changed with a system option; information may be typed in the fields provided.  These fields may be used when entering customer orders for new construction.

Model will import from Bid Pro into this field.

Building/Unit #

This information can be added manually or will be automatically imported from Property Connect.
