Go To User Guide - Accounts Receivable
Accounting>File>Accounts Receivable>Aging Report
This selection prints a report through the user-specified date on all delivered invoices with the option to define up to four aging periods.
Although this looks similar to the Month-End Accounts Receivable aging report, it is not a true month-end report as it reflects transactions up to the minute. Aging by delivery date will provide a true accounts receivable figure.
| Field | Explanation |
|---|---|
| Aging Date | Defaults to current system date. Use the F8 button to access the calendar. |
| Starting/Ending Name |
If the name is left blank, ALL customer mains and their branches are printed. Customers that do not belong to a main/branch relationship will not print. If a name is entered, the report will include all orders that are a part of the main/branch relationship, including other branches. If Property report type is selected, the Name selection will change to Property title. |
| Aging Periods | The report will list all invoices that are current (up to 30 days), 30-60 days, 60-90 days, and over 90 days. While the system defaults to this aging schedule, contiguous aging periods are definable. |
