Direct Deposit by RFMS is a software program which allows the depositing of funds into employee and supplier’s accounts electronically. Direct Deposit integrates with the RFMS payroll and accounts payables modules, eliminating the need for additional data entry. Direct Deposit also eliminates the need for paper checks, thus reducing processing time. The Accounts Payables procedure is called Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).

Remember RFMS is only creating the file to send to the bank. It does not do the direct deposit. A program from the bank is required for this. Please sign up with the institution.
